Lasted for 3 years, operated it 7 hrs per day, 4 days a week, but today both sides stop working although the power still comes on. Highly recommend!! Checking for repair if not will buy again as it's definitely worth it!

Product works great so I am pleased with that but I am not sure as picture does it justice, as it is very large, was hoping it would take up less room. The wells are the size I needed but the actual machine seems to be bigger than it needs to be.
I've had this for about 6 months and it has worked very well for me. I use this to melt chocolate and dip candy in it. The temperature control works well and the chocolate stays melted without scorching. Works like a charm!
