1/4" Slices
This unit is designed to create 1/4" tomato slices, which are great for hamburgers, subs, and sandwiches. You can also quickly make slices for use in your prep refrigerator's topping rail, or put a pan of fresh tomatoes out on the salad bar! Best of all, you can change the cut thickness by switching out the blade assembly and the pusher (both sold separately) of another cut size.
