Change the blades on your Easy Tomato Slicer II to a scalloped configuration with the Nemco SC566-3 3/8" blade assembly! This blade assembly quickly switches out with the one that came with your original equipment so that you can continue producing premium ingredients during your busiest hours.
It can be used to replace a standard blade assembly on the 56600-2 Easy Tomato Slicer II, or convert another Easy Tomato Slicer to a 3/8" cut.
