Garde TSLC14 1/4" Tomato Slicer

Purchased quite a few of these until I saw that I could purchase the replacement blades only. The blades do not last long so order the replacements to have on hand.

We have been using this slicer for few weeks now and it cuts tomatoes nice and evenly. Blades are sharp and it stays sharp. It is perfect for catering business where you need to slice massive amount of tomatoes. Highly recommend it

Great tomato slicer and the price was fantastic. Purchased a much more expensive one of these the first time around but thought I would try the cheaper model this time and it works just as good or maybe even better.

Tried this one after the cheapest one's screws kept falling out. Same with this one but different part of slicer, These are horrible I'm ready to buy the expensive one and be done with it! All within a few months bought 2 of them. STAY AWAY!

bolts that attach blades to base stripped out after just a couple months of fairly light use. would not recommend.

Absolute garbage. Let me state that I have two other garde products that I bought from here, lettuce chopper and an onion chopper , that I have had for years and are excellent. This item was purchased to replace a two year old slicer that was dropped and broke. This slicer after 3 uses was tossed into the garbage. Save your money

Heavy duty

We replaced our Nemco tomato slicer with one of these since it was less than half the cost. Unfortunately it seems like there’s a reason why. Fresh out of the box with a fresh blade it was unable to slice a tomato. Shockingly bad product.

Used it once and all the blades broke simultaneously. No idea why webstraunt pushes this slicer as the "best" option. Would not recommend.

This slicer was a waste of money!! Used it twice and now sits on my counter as a bad reminder of the bad purchase. I wish WebstaurantStore would quality check some of the products they sell. The easiest thing to slice a tomatoe and it barley cuts through it and then the skin gets hung up on the blades every time. Took a while to write this review but just don’t want anyone else to make this mistake. Now price is different which is crazy. Do not buy!!!!

Works better than the more expensive one I got elsewhere.

This Garde tomato 3/8 tomato slicer makes our prep work so easy for our employees in the morning. We don’t have to worry that someone will cut their fingers. Easy to clean and to store.

Blades broke within the first 3 weeks of purchase. Got replacement of the blade but speaks of the quality of the product.

I love tomatos. This slicer makes them even better. I now use it evey day. I am not a restaurant, but I eat a lot of tomatos. It was indulgent of me, but it was worth it. I would like to get the onion slicer, but for an individual, that is too much money. I found out about the slicer through an uncle of mine that just sold his hamburger drive-in. It was the Brown Derby in Shawnee, Oklahoma. They had the best burgers in Shawnee for over 50 years.

Terrible slicer. Smashed the tomato’s. Blade tension was correct, not sharp enough. Do not buy this product.

bought multiple push blocks, multiple blades. you have about a 20% chance for them to line up properly and be sharp enough to due anything. Not worth the discounted price compared to name brands.

Not working like my old slicer, Feel like it could break the blade anytime. tomatoes not slice properly.

This is a decent inexpensive option. Not built with the highest quality materials. The flange that secures the slicer to your work surface is extrememly weak and will fail after 1-2 years.

We were slicing our tomatoes by hand, what a tedious job, this cuts our time by at least half. It glides and gives a nice smooth cut.

Not good, it broke super fast

Used this for the past month. Worked great for the first week. Has gotten progressively worse. If the tomato is even close to ripe all it does is smash it into a mess that does not even pass through the blades.

Hot diggity! This thing can slice a tomato faster than a quick draw in a showdown on a hot night in Tacoma

Item is not built well for high use commercial, we continue to keep buying replacement blades because they are so cheap and snap off at the mounting area of the blades. Unfortunately we will probably need to look at a more expensive vollrath as it doesn't make sense to keep replacing the blades luckily they are less expensive each time compared to vollrath or others that are more expensive plus per blade but well worth it if they can last 6 plus month.

Slicer is easy to clean, light weight, and very smooth cut. Slices come out even, and handles and guards make for safe easy use. Great for the price!

This has been a great time saver! Slices quickly and evenly with minimal effort. So much easier than slicing by hand! Every kitchen needs one of these, and it was a great price!

it safes us a ton of money on labor and the blades are super sharp making every cut the same and wasting no produce its a must.

This product is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. It gets the slicing done extremely fast, easy clean up, and very easy to store. I don’t know how I went so long without one.

This product is phenomenal. When I first used it, I thought boy did I waste my money. Come to find out, I was using a soft tomato. But I bought new tomatoes and this bad boy worked very professional

This product is better than our previous slicers because it is more durable and slices much easier. It also cuts tomatoes much nicer than by hand.

A medium duty slicer perfect for a busy kitchen. Use caution.....The blades are very sharp! Great depth for tomato slices, and cleans easily with warm soapy water. We don't send ours through the machine.

These have been Great! they are easy to clean, and they work better than the composite material we had previously ordered. this is much easier to clean without the staining.
