This chopper works really well for dicing vegetables. I like having consistent sizes for chopped veggies, and this makes prepping a breeze. My only complaint is that is is REALLY HARD to clean. It takes twice as long to pick out all the little bits of residue that stay in the chopper than it does to prep containers of veggies. Still worth the work, but if anyone has tips, please pass them along.

Purchased this to slice eggplant and tomatoes. Product has a picture indicating that it can be used for tomatoes. It mutilates even firm, unripe tomatoes. Also did not cut peeled eggplant well at all. Even worse, webstauraunt wont take it back or give me a credit - i was told to "sell it". Sub par on all counts.
