I was very impressed to see Nemco replacement blades and pushers available at the Webstaurant store. This Nemco one-quarter inch Square Cut Blade and Holder Assembly has worked very well for hashbrown potatoes, bell peppers and anything else needing a smaller sized dice. I appreciate the quality and far more reasonable price than I could find elsewhere online.

very sharp blade this is a great replacement for the nemco dicer. Our old blade got dull so I bought this and it swapped out very easy with out tools.

Works perfectly as a replacement set of blades for the Easy Chopper II. We thought about going with the blades not in the assembly but decided this was an easier route without the worries or making sure everything was put together correctly. It is identical to the original blade assembly that came with the chopper, as it should be, and is sharp and dices onions with ease.
