From green peppers to onions if you're doing a high quality quantity this is perfect for dicing up all of that perfect size would highly suggest.
Good product! Efficient and sturdy. Great for break down of veg in large quantities. It does require some force but if your busting through a 50# sack of onions your not looking to finesse the process.

I have used these dicers for years If manintaned they last for ever Proper cleaning and some food grade lube on shaft wash after each use
Wish I had bought it years ago. Doesn't take up much space on counter so I leave it out and can chop an onion in 2 seconds. I put a measuring cup underneath to catch the pieces and if I want a smaller dice I dump them back on top and whack them again, voila.

I ordered the Easy Chop by Nemco with some accessories. This machines is much better than I expected and ordered on Thursday and received it on Saturday FedEx- I was able to use it on the weekend, which I really appreciated. I use it primarily for cutting food for dehydrating and canning (about 500 jars a year). I also purchased the Easy Chop II. With these appliances I am preparing 4 times as fast! I did have a need to use the "online chat", however I would personally rather the phone. They gave me Nemco's customer service number and based on that enlighting conversation I purchased the Easy Chop. Great company, fast delivery, and awesome products at good prices.
