1 oz. Monin ube syrup
2 shots espresso
Steamed milk

Add ube syrup and espresso to a 16 oz. cup. Stir the mixture while filling the glass with the preferred amount of steamed milk. If desired, garnish the beverage with whipped cream and a cinnamon sugar dusting.
