Monin Maple Pancake syrup is amazing. I was expecting this to just be a maple coffee syrup and though the ‘pancake’ part was just a fancy name. But it straight tastes like a pancake! If you put this side-by-side with the Monin maple spice syrup, this one is the better syrup. You don't need both maples. Just this one, really.
