This syrup is pretty good, but like other Monin fruit syrups, a bit thinner than I had expected. I bought this syrup to use in italian sodas, and I have found that raspberry with french vanilla added is divine. I have also added this syrup to southern-style sweet tea in place of some of the sugar, and it is great.

Decent flavor. Like some of the other flavors (Blackberry for example), it doesn't taste like a fresh raspberry. It has a subtle, artificial raspberry flavor. The flavor is too weak to make a very satisfying seltzer, but it does alright as a vaguely raspberry Italian soda.
