Really excellent mold for making mini tartlets. Very easy to use. It's easier to handle if you put the mold on a baking sheet first, then pat in your dough and place the whole thing in the oven. Bake until the dough is lightly browned. They come right out! No need to oil the mold at all. Great for delicate doughs and crusts.
