I make Iced coffee daily. So what is left every day I pour my coffee into these pans and freeze them. Then when I make my Iced coffee I have ice cubes that don't dilute my coffee. These are the perfect size. The cubes pop out easy and I then put into freezer bags. I love my cold brew coffee with coffee ice cubes and honey! Yum!

Neat idea. Used it at first for all sorts of gelatin experiments and gummy squares. Wasn't sure how the heat transfer for silicone would work for something like brownies. With a standard box of brownie mix, I managed to crank out enough to keep everyone busy. Cleans up really easy.

I just used this and worked great if baked on a perorated pan to get more heat to the bottom. the muffins popped out with little effort. they are more expensive and some care is need using silicone type mold
