Very nice item. I tried brownies and it works nice. I mainly use it in the freezer though. I give my dog pumpkin for her stomach. Amazing!!!! Truth be told I haven't used this pan to make brownie bites but I have used it to make candies such as chocolate covered toffee. Best pan ever for that purpose because candies pop right out, they are shaped perfectly, and they all look the same which is a big deal for me. They are also easy to clean...highly recommend!
This is a great mold. I usually use metal molds but the silicone does the same thing. The only issue I have with it is the fact that it is flimsy. I need to put a cookie sheet under it when I use it. Though this same thing that causes me to use the cookie sheet under it also makes it good for removal of the food.
i love these molds for all sorts of sophisticated desserts. you can take something that is normal very simple and transform it just by using these half sphere molds. the price is right and they shipped fast.

This is a very well constructed mold, thick yet flexible, and it passes the silicone pinch test (indicating no cheap filler material in the silicone). My only complaint is that it is difficult to get each of the cavities to stay completely level when you put it on a baking sheet if you bake cake in it. a flattened surface on the bottom of the mold could have helped with this without compromising the mold interior.
These silicone molds from Matfer Bourgeat are real cool. You can bake or freeze in them. I purchased this one to make patisserie such as mousse cakes. very durable think silicone. My frozen mousse just popped right out of the mold.
