Pro's + Very comfortable handle + Good weight + Sharp blade + Great width, paddle spans all my polycarbon molds with ease Con's - Sharp blade So, only comment on this item is getting used to the blade and with it being so sharp it took some polycarbonate off my mold and was hard to maneuver. I am assuming that this is just getting use to the spatula, and think it will be easier the more I use with breaking it in and playing with more since I am still new to chocolate work. Overall, still would recommend.
