Seems like a well built cabinet, but many issues. First, this longer one has an exposed temperature knob that gets bumped. Not good. Second, the left side door is severely warped, I tried to show it in pics but it's not easy to see. Third, the double covers for the tubs are terrible - you end up scraping ice off the side walls and it ends up in your ice cream. The all-thread is too long for the units that are over the compressor, I had to cut them short to prevent our employees' knuckles from being scratched. Lastly, the ice cream gets soupy up top. We previously had an Avantco 12 tub unit, it was superior (and it coated much less). We thought we'd "upgrade" to Masterbilt but it turned out to be a downgrade.
