We purchased this cabinet October 17, 2017, cabinet is very noisy and when it shuts off or turns on, cabinet shakes so much it makes my whole floor shake. I was concerned about this so I contacted Master-bilt directly. Tech support told me the 16 bunker cabinet has a really big compressor so this is normal. Cabinet has been hard to regulate temperature, minor adjustments (quarter turn) causes either too hard to too soft ice cream. Well after 33 months use, our cabinet is no longer working. a few weeks ago we noticed our ice cream was really soft, our temperature dial was all the way up, so on August 4, a local electrician added Freon.
