With (6) 30,000 BTU open top burners, this liquid propane range ensures you can saute, boil, and simmer your dishes to perfection. For added versatility, this range features (2) 30,000 BTU standard ovens that allow you to warm foods or to even do baking for your dessert menu. Since the 2 chrome-plated racks can be used in 4 different positions, the ovens can easily be manipulated to fit your specific needs. With a range of 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, it will accommodate a wide variety of recipes.

Strong Cast Iron Grates

This unit stands on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs to ensure a leveled unit and provides clearance underneath the unit for cleaning, to maintain a sanitary kitchen. A liquid propane gas connection, located on the rear of the ovens, is required for operation.

Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation.
