To prepare these crabs, put equal parts vinegar, beer, and water in a large pot. Place a rack just above water level for the crabs to steam on. A general rule of thumb is to have 8-12 crabs per person if you are only serving crabs, or 6 crabs per person if you plan to serve other food.
