I was hesitant at first to buy a frozen seafood product online. However, they shipped with dry ice and were insulated to the max. The crab cakes arrived rock solid frozen. They are loaded with lump crab meat and cook very quickly. Much more economical than making them in house. I just ordered another 2 cases.
