I love this flour for all my bread needs. It is easy to store and I love the quick delivery! Will be ordering again in the future.
The KA Special Patent flour is in-line with their on the shelf "All Purpose Flour" where the protein content matches. This flour is great for everything that AP can be used for. There is no brand that I trust more than KAF.
This flour is the same as what you get in the small 5-pound bags of King Arthur Bread Flour that you can buy at the grocery store. I love having such a big bag! I mainly use this flour for pizza crusts; it gives them such good flavor and chewiness, I consider it to be an absolutely essential ingredient.
My friends out west swear by King Arthur Flour for bread and fry bread. this blend is nearly the same as the King Arthur Bread flour and works just as well at a lower price. I have had amazing results baking bread using this flour and I highly recommend it to other bakers.
We use this as an all purpose flour. I wanted some thing that would work very well for most of our family baking - It’s been great for crunchy, stretchy pizzas as well as cookies. And, I keep a bucket of dough on hand for pita, rolls, crusty rustic bread and more. Tastes great and baked up beautifully.
Great product for bread and other baked goods. This is my go to for most tings from sourdough to bagels and it has worked out great!
Great product for bread and general baking! I have used most of the king arthur types and I'm sticking with this one for everyday loaf baking along with a locally milled rye.
The product was shipped in a timely manner and served our family well. We have a tree nut and egg allergy in our family and avoid cross contamination. We had no issues with this product. The financial savings have been helpful, even with the cost of shipping. We bake much of our food from scratch and go through a large quantity of flour. One bag lasted our family about 2 months. We plan to continue ordering as needed. Thank you.
Great product!!! I Will totally recommend to get more than one Bag to get your money worth for the shipping!!!pther wise excellent flour for tequeños
Great service and price for a wonderful product. I keep the flour fresh in the 22 quart food storage containers also purchased from Webstaurantstore.com! Baking a lot these days so this flour goes fast. Makes the best sourdough and regular no knead bread. Customer service is great.
So far, I’ve used this SP flour in muffins, pretzels, bread loaves, pizza dough, focaccia, and to feed the only successful sourdough starter I’ve managed to keep alive in the last decade. It’s a versatile flour with consistent results, and a great price.
Purchased for home use for bread making and it is so convenient to have a 50 lb bag of flour to use. Excellent flour and has increased the quality of my sourdough loaves. Highly recommend.
Amazing service for my order. Very fast. Had a damaged item due to packaging issue and every damaged item was immediately replaced. This is an online retailer you can trust.
This flour has the same protein content as the flour that King Arthur sells in grocery stores in the blue bag as "bread flour." I use it to bake artisan breads and have great success doing so. It has a touch more protein than All Purpose flour from King Arthur, and much more than most grocery store brands. I find that compared to King Arthur AP flour, I have a slightly easier time shaping my breads, and therefore they have a better oven spring. Very good for sourdough beginners like me. And I have nothing to complain about the flavor or crumb of my bread. I also feed this flour to my sourdough starter and it has done very well. I store it in a 64 qt sterlite tub, which just barely fit the flour when the bag was new.
