This flour is top shelf and I'd recommend this to others I'll be using this to make small pizza's and other bread items. I like the fact it's high in gluten that always make for a great bread. BUY IT, NOT TO SHABBY FOR THE PRICE.

Fantastic bread flour of the finest quality. It produces excellent loaves particularly for the high altitude where I'm at, where all other flours I have used it is a crap shoot whether or not i get full rise and good crumb, can not recommend this flour enough on this point alone. I find it very good for full rise fluffy pepperoni/cheese rolls, onion bread, cinnamon raison bread, for oatmeal bread its superb, baked loaves take very well to freezing, but the best is a straight up hearty white bread. Really takes well with addition of a small amount of malt, which produces an even better crust to die for and an excellent chewy texture throughout, gives the yeast an even more consistent rise. You can not go wrong with this flour.

I love this flour. The shipping is usually the issue with these kinds of flours due to the large weight. Still, if you can't get it locally, this is a pretty solid option.

We have tried several other flours but none (thus far) have performed as well as KA flours. Sir Lancelot has been great for recipes requiring a higher gluten content, such as donuts!

The flour has been amazing for making sourdough bread when it comes to gluten structure and water absorbability. With the hi-gluten flour, it is a lot easier to incorporate low-gluten flour such as whole wheat or rye.

This is the best flour to use for breads, pizzas and bagels. It has a higher gluten content than King Arthur's Bread Flour which is widely available in grocery stores. It ensures proper oven rise, an airy & chewy crumb and nice crust. I also use it to feed my sourdough starter. This flour is not bromated, hence can also be used for this purpose.

I just have say I love this flour - I make a lot of different breads and have used a lot of different flours this stuff REALLY stands out. The dough it produces is so soft and silky it blew my mind the first time. I will be ordering this again. Shipping was fast and product was well packaged and secure.
This is a good value bulk flour which works well for bread. It is high protein which means it is adequately strong, I regularly feed my sourdough starter with it.
