The flour is decent quality and great price however for those using strict percentages like artisan bread making be warned that the hydration percentages might not work out as with other flours. This flour is finer and softer than regular King Arthur thus requiring less water. If your hydration normally is 75% start at 65% and adjust from there. This is closer to a 00 flour based on the batch I got.

This bread is a staple of any baked good. It makes excellent bread, tortillas, pastry, and other sweet baked goods. It makes an excellent, flaky lightweight pie crust, melt-in-your-mouth cookies and hearty bread.

I used to use Gold Medal all-purpose unbleached flour, but I started buying this during the pandemic, and I probably won't ever go back! This is a great all-purpose flour, and I use it for pretty much everything I made, except pizza crust.

Great price for a great Flour. This Flour is NON GMO- that is huge! Also, never bleached or bromated. This flour is the eqivilant of King Arthur All Purpose flour.

I ordered this because it's so much cheaper than buying bags of flour in the store. I use about eight pounds of flour a month. I bake all of our bread, hamburger and hot dog rolls, sub rolls, etc. The bag of flour arrived at my front door packaged very well inside of a cardboard box three or four days after I placed my order. I expected to have to wait two months so, I'm very happy that it arrived so quickly. I will order another bag as soon as I have about five pounds of flour left. I love King Arthur Flour.

i have found this a great flour for breads but not so much for cake. It tends to lend a bit of toughness to my breads. So, I would consider this a solid bread flour and not for general cakes although it is called an all-purpose flour. I would recommend this for cakes that call for bread flour

Hello, perfect bread and pastries. This is hands down our favorite flour to use at the cafe and our bread and pastries turn out great every time with them. Highly recommend and greatly appreciate this size. Just wish that it would ship free with plus because I would buy it from Webstaurant instead of my local food vendors if it did.
