I have been making home made dough and sauce for a few years now and find that the King Arthur 00 Pizza Four to be superior in flavor and texture compared to the off the shelf store bought brands. The 00 flour is not real common in this area although you can buy it, it comes in very small bags. This fifty pound bag will last me for a while and I will use it primarily for when I have family gatherings. When the fifty pound bag was shipped, the bag had a small tear in it even though it was in a box. It may be a good idea to double box this heavy weight as shippers have a habit of throwing items around without knowing what they are throwing.
