Hydrion BR64 Details
Eliminate the need for expensive lab equipment with these Hydrion beer pH 4.7-6.3 test strips. Thanks to this easy-to-use kit, there is no need for technically trained personnel to measure the pH level of your beer. Simply take a test strip out of the vial and immerse the color-indicating end in the mash for one to two seconds, remove any excess, then compare the resulting color with the color chart within 10 to 15 seconds. The color that most closely matches signifies the pH level of your solution.
This product includes a color chart and 100 test strips. The color chart has match points at 4.7, 5.1, 5.5, 5.9, and 6.3. A pH of 5.1 - 5.5 is typically recommended. The test strips are held in a convenient, plastic dispensing container. For accurate results, store these test strips away from areas with high humidity or where they may be exposed to water before use, as those conditions may compromise results.
