Easy, Single-Use Design
The labels are for single-use applications only. To use, stick one label directly to a dry dish or bin prior to loading it in the machine. The back of the label is adhesive to allow for secure sticking. The label in its entirety is also waterproof, ensuring that it withstands the dish machine cycles for clear reference at a later time.
These labels are accurate to +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit and respond quickly with high color contrast to verify that proper sanitizing temperature is reached. This colored process works with a thermocratic color-change band, which changes from blue to orange in the proper temperature. Just compare the band to the orange color beside it, and determine the performance of your dish machine's sanitizing cycle.
Perfect for Logging Purposes
Perfect for promoting FDA compliance in your operation, each label features a blank for writing in the date and for the manager to sign. This makes it easy to log the temperature of your dish machine, monitoring its performance and effectiveness for short- or long-term review.

My high temperature dishwasher sanitizes dishes when it reaches 180° during the cycle. Although there is a built in thermometer on the front of the machine, however we use these stick on thermometer strips biweekly just to be absolutely certain. They work just as described. You apply them to the surface of any item to be washed and wash them in the machine as you normally would. The blue strip changes to orange if 180° has been reached. I also created a Log were we apply the used label and keep record of each test we've done.

These are quick and easy. We needed them for the health department and they are so simple to use. We keep a stash right under the sink.

We use these for our licensed home kitchen. Even the board of health thought they were a great idea and was going to pass it on to other restaurants that are always having issues with their thermometers.
