NAKS HM0250 Details

This NAKS HM0250 electric hood fan control makes it easy to set up and use your hood! This UL Listed control box comes pre-wired from the factory to save you time during installation, and it can control the hood lights and 2 fans each up to 1/2 hp, both operating from one contactor. This makes it an excellent choice for controlling the exhaust and supply fans on hoods with makeup air, and the relay box can be used in place of more expensive starters when the supply and exhaust fans must operate from one switch. It can also be used to signal a shunt trip breaker or an electric gas valve (both supplied by others) to shut down appliances and outlets.

The control can be mounted remotely or inside the hood to best suit the workflow of your kitchen, and can also be bundled with a duct thermostat (sold separately) for greater convenience. It is fire-system activated, which also turns off the supply fan.
