The kit has been amazing for keeping the griddle clean. The only thing i would change about the package is having the blade that goes with the kit come with it. This has to be purchased separately.

Nice setup for the food truck. Keeps everything in order and makes it easy to see inventory. I broke the scraper blade after a few uses. Note I was really getting after it on a flattop that was previously neglected. I would be nice to include a replacement in the kit. I would recumbent wrapping a towel on pads after use to prevent making a mess in the tote.
