I have mixed feelings about this piece; it has been good to us, yes. But not sure if it is a result of the build or our steam-table, but this food table cover moves all over the place. It has a real hard time staying in place. We use it all day every-day, but a well built well cover should stay put. A plus of this design, however, is that it is a well; and so steam builds up and surrounds our pans (and food) keeping things hot without overdrying. We paid the higher price for the better product; we only wish it had a better design.
