Eagle Group AWT3-LP Details

The Eagle Group AWT3 liquid propane 3 well water bath sealed well hot food table. The AWT3 is constructed of stainless steel and it has a galvanized steel undershelf. The AWT3 gas steam table has 1 5/8" diameter legs that are made of galvanized tubing with adjustable, non-marking feet. The AWT3 can accommodate three 12"W x 20"L food pans, which are not included. There is an 8" wide x 1/2" thick polycarbonate cutting board and a stainless dish shelf standard on the AWT3, as are a straight-flow, tubular gas burner and pressure regulator. The AWT3 is 48"W x 30 1/2"D x 34 1/2"H and is 15,000 BTU total.

We cannot guarantee that this item can be cancelled off of the order or returned once it is placed. Cancelled orders may be subject to a restocking fee of 30% for standard items and 50% for made to order items.

My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?

Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.

What's the difference between open well and sealed well steam tables?

Open well tables can be used with spillage pans for moist heat holding, or without pans for dry heat holding of fried foods or other crispy items. This design allows the flexibility to have some of the wells using moist heat, and some of them using dry heat, at the same time. Open well tables do not have drains, so the spillage pans must be removed and emptied after service.

Sealed well tables do not need spillage pans; water is added directly to the well, and is emptied through a drain after service. However, sealed well tables should not be used for dry heat holding.

Power Type:: Liquid Propane

Great purchase and at a fair price. Love this smaller unit. We use to have a four bay. This sits lower so it is easier to work at. I like the white plastic counter which is easy to clean. I am most happy with being able to set the temperature to what I need it at. Our out dated steam table was just light and wait for it to heat and there it stays. This new unit allows you to turn it up on high to get things hot right away and turn down to low if need be. Love this and would highly recommend it.
