It's a great addition to a food truck that beats a tabletop griddle since you get the advantage of having the oven without taking up any other tablespace. It was fairly easy to put together and the shelf is nice for storing items. The only things I don't like about it are 1) the pilot lights are real inconvenient to light. There are 5 lights with the 2 for the burners being real obvious and easy. However, the 2 for the griddle are very hard to see and are really far back, almost in the middle, of the griddle. You need something long to get back there. The flat top grill runs really hot. You only get the option of high and low. You cannot set to a specific temperature. We returned our first one, and the second ones still runs really hot. Low temperature is at 450 degrees most of the time.The only other thing I dislike is the grease trap is really small.The oven works great. Use it almost every day.

Pilot light for oven will not stay lit. I have had 3 of the same range since December 2022 and it's just July 2023. Thankfully still under warranty. The warranty department sent a technician out each time and no success on fixing the problem so they sent a new one each time and didn't want the others shipped back. The last one which is number 3, was received 2 weeks ago and already it's out. It's fine that they have replaced them but the problem with that is it's costing me a ton of money to get them installed by a licensed technician each time and being a small restaurant this hurts the business all around. We purchased what we were able to afford just starting out but my advice is to avoid this range by all means. Technician was supposed to be there today but was a no show....guess I will be without a oven the hold weekend!!!

It also cooks very uneven with hot and cold spots. Unless you are just looking for a cheap oven to use as a secondary unit, I would spend the money on a better product. We could have bought an American Range for what we paid for this plus the cost of my replacement and the opportunity cost lost from being down several days.

This unit has had multiple problems with the pilot light. The warranty people have given us the run around for months and this was for the pilot light issue for about the third time. But now, still with no help while still under warranty, the grill isn't pulling enough gas to work at all. This is happening on a busy Saturday night during our busy season and is our only grill and one of two ovens. We have been in contact so many different times and I don't understand why after lots of money worth of business, I can't get my unit replaced or repaired while under warranty. I'm very concerned about all of my other warranties now. I hope this is resolved asap properly or I will never use this company again.

This is honestly a really solid unit. I've had few issues with it, but it seems that other people have had major ones. Mostly, it seems others have had issue getting the machine to work, a problem I never had. The biggest problem I've had with the unit is that its hefty size makes moving it around troublesome. Though that's not what I want to highlight in this review. What I want to highlight is that the unit itself works great, but that you have to be careful when using the overshelf. I got rid of the shelf attachment on mine, the issue was that the shelf part would get too hot (200+ Fahrenheit) to store anything useful there. One of my pot holders melted because I absentmindedly left it up there! But yeah, overall it's a great unit and I simply do not understand the shelf's function.

The oven runs 125 degrees hot and the burners don't have a low enough flame to simmer so I use cast iron skillets below my pots to act as flame tamers.
