It's easy to operate, too, with 3 different readout options to choose from: actual temperature, preset temperature, and timer countdown. This unit's alarm can be set for a specific time or temperature. The timer can be set for up to 24 hours, helping staff keep track of cooking or cooling times. For your convenience, this unit features max and min memory functions to reduce the time spent programming settings before each use.

This thermometer / timer combo's adjustable back allows for compact storage and the ability to read the display screen from a variety of angles. The magnetic back allows the unit to be mounted to the exterior of an oven or refrigerator.
