Its large 3 1/2" x 1/2" LED display screen is easily visible from a distance and it offers 1-second countdowns, all the way up to 99-hour countdowns. With a sturdy, stainless steel housing, this timer is right at home in a busy commercial kitchen. A 6' oil-resistant cord allows you to plug this timer into a power supply from almost anywhere, and a 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
