Choice 7" Aluminum Fry Pan with Blue Silicone Handle

I now have all 5 sizes. Work great. But for me, handles are too long. I cut the metal handle to leave 1 inch from pan to the silicone grip.

Great CHOICE! Things I cook with this pan: quesadilla, 3 egg omelet, two servings of pasta (less water to boil than a pot, clean up is easier, plus the shape is much more spaghetti-friendly), blackened fish/chicken. Avoid metal utensils to keep the finish scratch free. Soak free + scrub free clean-up. Lightweight. It’s probably not recommended by the manufacturer, but I have thrown this pan under the broiler for a minute to melt cheese- silicone handle does get hot under broiler, but does not get hot under normal stove-top use. Why waste money on a brand name elsewhere, plus webstaurant’s service can’t be beat.

The Choice 8 inch pan is perfect for omelets and much more. The pan is perfectly flat and cooks evenly, which I can't say about other brands.

This frypan is absolutely horrible. The balance is way off and the nonstick coating comes off with even the lightest use and non-metal utensils. I wasn’t expecting a lot given the price, but this was worthless

Perfect for making french of American omelette, or simply fried eggs. Sides are high enough for folding omelette edges back on to themselves. Wipes clean with ease and the silicone hand protect your hands from high heat. Must have for the home cook

This is great pan. Heavier than usual non sticking Pans I bought from store. It also has rubber handle which makes easier to move and handle doesn't get hot.

This pan is great, I can do omelettes or just sauté some bacon for a soup, very versatile size. They come with non adhesive packaging, no need to scrub before using.

Items arrived with scratches and non-stick coating peeling off due to bad packaging. All the items are mixed up in a box and no wrapping at all. Contacted for help over a week ago, and still no response

So far so good. Love the handle and the weight (light). Nonstick surface is excellent so far and will see how it holds up with time. Favorite part is the smooth slope up to the sides which makes flipping so much easier.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. At this price, these are essentially disposable, which is good because they only survive about a month of weekend-morning-only breakfast service at a moderately busy restaurant. And yes, I know my way around non-stick pans, as far as proper use, care, cleaning, and maintenance (professionally flipping eggs since 2008), none of them lasts forever, but these are cheap-Os.

Everything sticks to this pan. Doesn't clean up well at all. Not what I expected, very disappointing
