This is an interesting knife. It has a wedge shaped cross section and a very thin edge which is super sharp out of the box. The wedge profile makes it a little difficult to control precisely on larger items but it works well for cutting thinner veggies like cucumbers. I don't think it's intended for and I wouldn't recommend it for sturdier things like root vegetables but for more delicate items like tomatoes, lettuce, etc. it works well. Good fit and finish, arrived in perfect condition and no complaints about quality or packaging.
All around multipurpose use ‘6’ inch blade with clean look to it. Probably the best size for all kinds of cuts needed for all kinds off jobs you can think off.
