These are true to size, and fit perfectly in the used equipment that we had bought previously. Choice 1/3 Size Stainless Steel Solid Steam Table / Hotel Pan Cover fits nicely on top, and both clean easily.

nice sturdy steel. no bending. no rusting. good in oven even. I baked bread in this pan. heat resistant. using the pan to store dry lentils, nuts and wheat berries. cover fits so well . makes it feel like a air tight container.

These are the perfect size to hold small amounts of back up food in hot boxes and easy to interchange. I will be buying a few more soon.

I have bought many of these pans from our local big box store and found that not all pans are created equal when it comes to how they fit in steam tables. These all seem to fit down perfectly with out ant gaps allowing the steam to stay in and under the products not in the trailer fogging up everything,

Excellent quality pans for hot or cold holding. Bent a corner here and there after dropping them in the dish area but they bend right back to shape. No readon to pay for more expensive brands.

We got a few of these 4” deep steam pan. We use them for holding utensils. It’s working great so far. We also got the lids as well to keep the dust out.

great pan good quality not a bad price. they aren't the best pans but when my staff drops things all the time I don't mind that these get banged up a little

The Choice brand pans do great, and at a much lower price than the other brands. They are good and solid, don't jam when stacking, and no weird grooves or depressions that are hard to get at when cleaning. I really like them, and highly recommend them.
