Why it isn't expensive. Upon arrival you will notice that it is all a very thin guage stainless. It holds 15 lbs oil in each bin, but it has a small foot print. The wells are deep but more narrow. Be aware that you will need (2)- 220 volt outlets. It does work, I ran a lot of fries, shrimp, chicken strips through it, recovery time was better than expected. I do question how long it will last, but if you need a small fryer it is a good price, it will function. Be advised that it is not the same an expensive star.

So far I'm loving this product it's been an amazing fryer in a busy work place that's a lot of fried food the bottom is easy to clean but the tops not which is why I put four stars instead of five but for the price this is an amazing tool in any sized kitchen but buy two if your super busy really good recovery time as long as you can give it a second once in awhile

So far, so good. It's not as easy to clean as our previous fryer, but the wells are much deeper and seemingly isn't as messy when frying a large quantity of items.
