Galaxy EF10E 10 lb. Electric Countertop Fryer - 110V, 1600W

We purchased this and received it in October. The first one was dirty and looked used so you sent us another. Both of them no longer work. The heat light doesn't come on, units don't heat up and the last one went out today in the middle of our lunch rush. We are not happy.

Would give this product zero stars if I could. Had to replace it three times within 90 days and no surprise but the third one broke as well and it's now past the warranty period. Stay away!

This is a great machine compared to my previous consumer model by a different brand. It heats more quickly than my old one used to and holds about a gallon and a half of oil maximum. My old machine maxed out a gallon. The highest setting is 375, even though it has a 445 safety cutoff. And it's in Fahrenheit, not Celsius. Just PLEASE PLEASE be careful handling it. The casing is VERY sharp inside. I was cleaning it after the first use and I sliced my finger while wiping it down inside. Which turned out to be no big deal. But when when I jerked my hand away, I scraped the back of it against the upper ridge inside the machine and viciously skinned myself. I'm okay now, but this is going to leave a nasty scar. There should be a warning or something. Make sure you wear work gloves when you're cleaning the casing.

Heating element went out in less than two weeks. Invest in something more durable

Garbage... lasted 6 months and it only has a 90 day warranty. That is NOT commercial quality, that is dumpster quality. Avoid this product like the plague.

I purchased this fryer a few months ago, but due to the Pandemic I was unable to try out until June. I will never recommend ??. When I tried to cut it on it to make fries for my catering business it would not come on so I called customer service to get a refund. I was told that it has a relay button at the bottom that I will have to push to cut it on because something triggers it to go off but first you must have a screw driver to get to it, so I only use the fryer once. Then I tried to use it again I got the same results, it did not come on, so I push the relay button again, but it did not come back on. This is to much work when you have customers waiting on fry’s.

Dont do this, this is a very bad item, doesn´t work for more than a month and goes direct to the trash, the on / off button is trash, really sad buying this fryer, bad use of the money.

Received my item on 9/6 went to use it on 9/11 it was unusable, the fryer is defective. i plug it in and turned on the on switch, it never worked after several attempts. I am stuck with a defective item. Very disappointed!

This mini countertop fryer is a great buy. I have bought other ones at a higher price and this unit is nice, compact and easy to clean. The rubber cover on the on and off switch is great, keeping grease from getting inside of it.

With the price I get it. You get what you pay for. I purchased mine at the end of January of this year. I only use it at most once a week, so I've used it less than 40 times. In the middle of cooking, it quit on me. I removed the back panel to see if there was an obvious issue that I could repair (loose wire or something). It was the wiring on both sides of the power block - completely fried to the point that one wire burned completely through. The safety switch never engaged. Also, the inside panels have what looks like rust, which makes me wonder where this product has been. Since they only offer a 90-day warranty (which I guess I missed because I would never have bought an electronic product that only carries a 90-day warranty), there is no recourse for me here. All I can do is warn others about this poor-quality product. Let the buyer beware!

Love this mini deep fryer! Easy to setup. Gets hot quickly and fries foods beautifully. Basket handle pops out occasionally which can be popped back in easily so I don't mind. Easy to clean and nicely designed.

The fryer is perfect for what I wanted...However, I would really like to have a users manual to tell me how to use it. I'm sure that there are a lot of safety issues that I should be aware of. What temperature should the oil be?? What should I be aware of, for safety?? How do I clean it and how often should the oil be changed??

It doesn’t work, I just unboxed it and it won’t turn on.

Perfect small, countertop fryer. We loved it so much we bought two. We run a small concession stand and it’s perfect for what we needed! Very satisfied!

This fryer is a little work horse! I know galaxy makes great products, but I didn’t know such an entry level piece of equipment would last us for so long.

Great little fryer. I teach a condensed Culinary course in the prison system. We don't fry often, but there are a few days in the program where everyone needs to fry at the same time. These solved our issues. Heat up quick and they all ran consistently. Will probably purchase the same ones again when the current ones give up on us!

Good little fryer. It is on the small side but does the job that I need it for. It does, however take a little while to heat up.

Perfect little fryer for use to use at catering events. Lightweight you seems sturdy. Love that the handle comes off the basket which keeps buildup from forming

I cannot say 5 stairs because I liked the idea to have a dispenser to drop the oir BUT It is pretty light and easy to put together and apart. I didn't use yet. I am NOT a fan of fryers BUT I wanted to start to make churros at home and soon I am hoping to start a small business. So far happy with it.

I got the item but been damg !!! 1 handle on left was broke off completely....this fry very good fast and easy to use i will buy another in future
