This countertop fryer includes two stainless steel 15 lb. fry tanks and 1800 watts of heating power to ensure that you have enough space and heat for thorough cooking.

The Cecilware EL2X15 countertop deep fryer features easy-to-use controls and fast-responding heating elements for accurate heat adjustments, and its stainless steel 15 lb. tanks are removable for easy cleaning. For the best operator safety, thermal overload device turns off the fryer if the heating element gets too hot, and a cutout switch automatically turns off the element when the tank is being removed. This unit conveniently ships with non-slip feet and four fryer baskets.

The Cecilware EL2X15 stainless steel electric countertop fryer requires (2) separate 120V electrical connections.

    This a great fryer. It is small enough to sit on the counter but the baskets are large enough to make it worth the time using it. It works well for us because we don't fry a lot of foods. It heats up quickly, is easy to clean and is portable.

    This is a great countertop fryer. Great capaity and quick recovery times. It does need 2 outlets as each one has its own plug. So far so good

    This is a great table fryer. I cooked cold chicken for several hours and the grease maintained its temperature. I really like that it has two separate compartments so you can cook foods at different temperatures. This fryer exceeded my expectations.

    Though the size of this machine was perfect for what we are looking for, the overall machine has caused us some problems. Even on a slow day without many orders, this machine rapidly loses temperature and cannot keep a hot enough temperature for the marginal amount of food we load it with. Even with reducing the number of products and drastically changing the types of ingredients we fried, we still couldn't keep up with demand. Also, the construction of the basket hooks does not allow for stacking baskets on top of one another (say for keeping peppers of brussel sprouts submerged in oil)... Overall super bummed this fryer didn't work out for us.
