Use the Avantco 178CBEB12540 21 1/4" x 4 3/4" divider bar with your CBE-36 chef base to fill in the open space in your drawers. When using some fractional pans in your chef base drawer, you may notice that the space is not competely filled. This extra wide bar is designed to fill the gap between your front to back divider bars, so that you can use 1 full size pan and (3) 1/6 size pans. With the bar in place, the open space between pans will be eliminated and your pans will not shift or tip over. You can then arrange your food pans in the configuration that best suits your needs.
