Use this Avantco 17811961 Carel probe sensor to replace the sensor that came with select Avantco and Cooking Performance Group units. The temperature controller inside your equipment relies on a functioning sensor to accurately read and adjust the temperature. Replace a worn or damaged sensor right away to ensure your unit is operating at food safe temperatures.
