Very nice look, long white power cord, kills bugs as good as any zapper. BIG PROBLEM - The bug catching drawer has no latch or snap action and constantly works itself out, then the safety interlock shuts the whole thing down. So I have to use an ugly piece of tape to keep the drawer in place. ALSO - One of the lamps burned out in less than 3 months.

Is bad. Have stupidly bought 4 of these because they look great and work great for like three weeks. I kept thinking i just got a fluke when the others broke, but it is fundamentally flawed: an ABSOLUTE PIECE OF GARBAGE. The mechanism for bottom bulb burns out like clock-work after a 3-4 weeks and then it's done. At best you will be able to half-function on one bulb, that is if it is not touched or off balance in any way. If you touch it or a breeze hits it, it shuts off making it worthless anyway, unless you plan to sit in front of it 24/7. It's the kind of product that makes you lose faith in mankind. Don't buy, you will end up losing hours looking off into the distance and pondering if you are the only person left who takes pride in what they do.

Best fly catcher we have ever purchased. It kills and captures all the flies and doesn’t die or break. Very durable, stainless steel, and a great quality. Highly recommend to all of you who want and need to get rid of all your flies in your home.

I purchase the ZapN Trap to kill yellow jackets. I have it in a covered area and added an attractant to the tray. After one day I was very impressed for it killed 80 - 100 wasps. I had to use a shop vacuum to clean up the number of dead bugs. Then I had to reverse the vacuum to blow the many yellow jackets struck to the coils. There was a secondary benefit for it killed a huge number of moths. Their bodies were also an attractant for the yellow jackets who were eating protein so even more yellow jackets came to be zapped. The second day there were over 100 bodies to clean up. It didn't bother me that it took awhile to clean up for it had killed so many insects. After a week the numbers of dead bugs started to decline.The only reason I took off one star was the high cost of the unit and the poor return policy for a different style of Zap N Trap I purchased.

Bought two of these units. One was missing the chain to hang it. I plugged them. None of the two are working…

Works as advertised. Much brighter light than whats available on the market. Heavy duty. My only complaint is the light will not work if the collection tray is not inserted properly. We have 3 of them and they are all very particular with how the tray sits. Unfortunately there is no replacement tray available so when ours broke, we had to be an entire unit

This is the best thing a company can get for fruit flies. We use this in our brewery and tap room in order to reduce fruit flies. We catch a lot. When used in combination with Fruit Fly favor strips and proper sanitation, this greatly reduces the number of fruit flies in a bar.

Works well in our trash room but one light bulb was already out for approximate 25-day use. I have to order several more light bulbs now. If light bulb lasts longer I definitely would rate 5 stars.

When the starter for the bulbs doesn't work/breaks ( and this happens frequently) you can not get a replacement..you must buy a new zapper. We own two of these units and have had the same problem with both. Not acceptable!

The Zap N Trap Stainless Steel Insect Trap/Bug Zapper is a great help during our summer month fly problems. We leave ours on 24 hours a day and they are easy to clean and help us with our USDA facility compliance.

If I could give no start I would. Not a single fly killed ever since we installed that trap. This product does not work. We feel like we got money stolen from us. Customer support if absolutely not helping giving us ridiculous excuses to try to justify the unjustifiable. That trap does not kill flies. That is it. DO NOT BUY.

The Zap N Trap was shipped in the retail box. It had been re-sealed. The grills were dented. The tray will not lock down. One bulb cover was taped back together. One bulb socket was loose. Obviously not a new item. If you are reluctant to buy over the internet this is a good reason.

The product we received doesn't work at all. It looks like a piece is missing. It must have broken off before it was packaged because we didn't find it in the box.

The idea is good. I wish it worked as well. Last summer was just killer and we had a zillion flies we couldn't get rid of. Tried this for two weeks and had maybe 5 dead flies. Ended up with good old fly tape. It's well made and all...just didn't work for us.

So far, it has done its job. Kills tons of flies and gnats. Great product.

We purchased this bug Zapper from Webstaurantstore and are enjoying it. The equipment is of high quality, the price was very reasonable, and Webstaurantstore's service is excellent. We will always buy from them and recommend this website to everyone.

Delivered and set up well, however, one of 2 bulbs were not working. Replaced quickly by Webstaurant. Attracts bugs well but the shock screen only stuns some of the bugs.

I would have left no stars but they work amazing while they are working. But you can bet sometime within a year they are going to quit working. I have had several of the Zap N Trap Stainless Steel insect traps in my business. I have had different sizes of them as well as this size. They work great for 6 months to a year then they quit working. 1 bulb usually stops working to begin with then the other stops working. We tried replacing bulbs this does not work.

This is the second one of these I've bought. The first one lasted one summer then one of the bulbs would not light. Replaced the bulb, still no good. Apparently the ballast is shot. No replacement parts. Looked online, nothing similar for this weird Chinese ballast. Broke down and ordered a new one. 14 weeks later, dead. Both bulbs won't light, ballasts dead. Returning for replacement or refund and looking for something American made and higher quality. Other than that it worked great while it worked. Fried lots of bugs with a pleasing snap, sizzle and pop!

This is a great buy! We were having a lot of fly issues at the restaurant since the weather is warmer now and tried so many things. This light really helped. We hung it near the door and it has minimized flies by at least 90%. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
