Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Wells 5G-HDG4830GNAT Details

Create your signature dishes for any meal of the day with the Wells 5G-HDG4830GNAT natural gas heavy duty 48" countertop griddle! This griddle features three burners with 120,000 BTUs of heating power underneath a 3/4" thick steel plate for consistent, even heat distribution. Each burner has an ON/OFF control valve with three-stage heat adjustment and an adjustable air shutter to produce optimum combustion. The front panel is removable for easy access to all of the unit's components, and it's mounted on 4" steel legs for stability.
