Quickly cook your most popular breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees with the Wells 5G-HDTG4830GNAT natural gas heavy duty 48" countertop griddle! This griddle features 120,000 BTUs of power to ensure your food is cooked to perfection, and its stainless steel housing provides outstanding and long-lasting durability. A 3/4" thick steel surface plate provides even heat distribution overtop the burners, and each burner comes with an adjustable air shutter to control air flow for maximum combustion. Thermostatic controls provide infinite heat adjustment for each burner, and the removable stainless steel drip drawer lets you easily clean up after use. For easy access to the internal components, the front panel is easily removable, and the whole unit sits on 4" steel legs for stability.
