Purchased for a cold salad bar, very good quality. The bottom is rounded which does not allow it to stand strait on a table. Otherwise it is a strong pan that holds up well.

These steam table trays are quality made and very durable. They have a nice polished finish, hold heat well, and makes presentations of foods look very professional. Highly recommended.

Wow another great Vollrath pan, this super pan, I call Super hero, has round bottom, this makes super easy to hold paste like food, eg, mashed patatoes, because the round bottom (reduce friction) makes utensils easily scoop out food than square cornered edged bottom pans.

Works just as intended, if not better than expected. It retains and conducts heat well for my purposes and is a breeze to clean. Anti-Jam for life!

This Vollrath Stainless Steel Pan - 8" Deep are great for my sous vide cooking. I purchased these because I was afraid that my clear rubbermaid container that I was using may leak or break at a higher temperature. These pan can take any sous vide temperature you cook at. The are perfect for cooking corned beef brisket at 180 degree Fahrenheit. Now I don't have to worry about water leaking all over the counter. This is perfect for my sous vide cooking and easy to clean.

I have a lot of Super Pan V items, but I really like the Super Pan 3 versions. The more rounded internal shapes work better when trying to remove oddly shaped food. Like all the other Vollrath steam tables, these are a high quality stainless steel. They transfer heat very well, and are sized for any commercial steam table. I prefer the deeper versions for liquids, and the more shallow for items like potatoes or meats.

These are good quality pans at a reasonable price. They stack and come apart easily. We use them to freeze & re-heat items sent to our small school sites. I would buy them again.

We use these pans for many events and so this was a re-order for us. They are easy to clean, and easy to store because they stack together.

I put my main entrée in this pan for 15 people and fill the other slot with a third pan, whereas a half pan isn’t quite big enough. This is a heavy duty gauge pan that won’t dent easily.

Ordered these as extra pans for our chafing trays. They are very solid and heat evenly. We used them at Thanksgiving this year and they worked wonderful.

Vollrath pans are the absolute best! This pan is very deep and is structurally superior to other pans of the same size. These pans get whipped around quite a bit and the Vollraths seem to always endure without deformed edges and bent corners.

A shallower pan we use for less bought food products. Nice stainless steel that will last a lifetime if properly cared for and stored, good product.

Great product and great price! Fits standard 8 qaurt chaffers. Great refill product for chaffers. You always need backups when running a buffet. I would recommend this product

I needed extra pans for my catering event and these were the perfect thing to have. I could not only use them for my chafer but I could cook in them and didn't have to transfer my food from one pan to another. Eliminated a lot of clean up. Also dishwasher safe.

This is a heavy duty pan. It is heavy gauge steel that you can feel when you have a different brand of hotel pan in one hand and the Vollrath in another. The pan is a good design that seems solid (I haven't had it long) without having too many nooks and crannies for grime to build up in. When I need more hotel pans I will be getting Vollrath Super Pans.

These pans really can take a beaten. I cook with them and i bake with them and it takes all of the abuse i give it.

I love this pan for when I want to put out two differnt items on our two sided buffet line in the same hot table spot. No more having to reach across to reach the other item.

I purchased several of these to use as Parkerizing tanks for a gunsmithing business. They've performed so well at that, I now also use them to degrease, clean, and lubricate firearms during various stages of maintenance. If these steam table pans can handle the rigors of gunsmithing, there's no doubt they'll perform even better when used for what they were actually designed. I highly recommend these for both gunsmiths and restaurateurs.

We use these in our cold bar at our frozen yogurt store and they are perfect for things like fresh berries that you don't want to put in a deep container because they will get smashed or msuhy at the bottom. these work perfectly for fragile toppings.

They fit into our larger pans. You can tell the difference in products made 20 years ago to now. They are not as 'heavy duty" as our other ones.

Vollrath always has a superior product and we are always very pleased with what we get. They may be a bit more expensive than other brands but well worth it. They don't dent or bend like the other products.

I like using these shallow pans to reheat sauces in a pinch. the wide surface area and short sides really help to keep the heat dispersing throughout the pan.

We use these for storage in our walk in as well as for use inthe kitchen. They are well built and surprisingly strong. Love them and how we can see the product that we stack in them and then put on a hotel pan sized rolling cart.
