The nonstick coating is solid, but the actual pan itself is a pain in the behind. Intermittently, the induction burner will refuse to recognise the pan. I think it's because the bottom isn't 100% stainless steel, meaning that sometimes it can be frustrating to get contact on your burner to the pan. This isn't just one burner that I've tried this on. We own about seven portable induction burners that I've tried these pans on, all to no avail. It just decides some days to work fine, and other days to futz out on you.Thanks for your review. Great pan for making eggs in. I worked an omelet station with these pans and it was the smoothest one yet. No omelets were getting stuck, they were perfect!!
