Amazing pan for the price. It's heat plate model, and the heat plate is wide enough I've never had an issue with food burning to the sides of the pan. Handle is sturdy, pleasant, and easy to clean.

I love this Vollrath fry pan because of how well constructed it is. The weight feels great in your hand and feels high end. I use a little Bar Keepers friend for cleaning to keep it looking shiny and new.

This pan has not warped over use and it is the perfect size for our kitchen. The natural finish fry pan is great quality and has held up well under heavy usage.

This is a big ole, honkin fry pan that's built to last and performs like a boss in the kitchen. Use it heavily for larger batches of pan frying.

These are good saute pans for medium use commercial kitchens. The bottoms are nice and thick so they don't warm very easily, and they distribute the heat evenly. Use grill pads and AJAX to keep them shiny.

Heat conduction is amazing on this pan. If you want to do high heat pan searing without worrying about ruining non-stick surface - this is the product to get at a fraction of cost of most other similar products on the market. I've been using my pan for about 2 years and love it. It does not look nice a shiny any more (I work it hard), but functionally it's like the day it was bought. Cleaning can be a chore sometimes, but if you soak it a little bit this is not a problem any more.

It's a rather heavy pan for this size but it does conduct heat very well with no hot spots. The handle doesn't get too hot. I highly recommend it.

My wife is an excellent cook and she likes top quality induction ready cook ware. This fry pan was just what she was looking far.

This pan is good for doing a quick sauté. I have found this line is a great way to get stainless steel at half the price and a good quality. Beware of the imitators of this line their interior sides aren't smooth which will discolor & harbor food residue.

These are by far the best fry pans out there for the price!! No need to spend a fortune! Invest in these pans and they will last a long time!!!! Great buy!

another great product from vollrath. the 8" size fry pan that i normally use for making sauce or glazing my vegetable. the size of pan is great for reducing sauce.

These are great so small dish items. great for searing scallops. They also are nice to use with an induction burner if you have some of those at your business.

This is a great all-purpose saute pan. I utilize it for gluten-free cooking because it can be easily cleaned and sanitized, and doesn't scratch like teflon. The only down-side is that it is rather heavy, so I have to use two hands to lift it. It is quite sturdy and seems to be a good long-term option. Great pan for the price.

For how inexpensive this frying pan is, it is a very nice product. Very sturdy, and ready for whatever you throw at it. A nice addition to my kitchen.

Poor quality control. The welds are a bit rusty out of the box, more importantly the handle was welded on to a completely random location on the pan and the balance is poor as a result. I know Optio is the import line but I still expected more from Vollrath.

This pan is my absolute go-to for day to day saute. Heats quickly and evenly, and cleans up easily (and since it's stainless it'll pretty much last forever.) I honestly have no idea how they can make a pan this high quality available for the price, but they do! I'm actually logged in right now to buy another one a bit bigger. This is a good pan for single servings. If you're not used to cooking on stainless, you should be aware that some food can and will stick.

Have used this brand for years but never this pan. Have used pan for several weeks now and it is working very well. Would recommend based on how product has performed todaye

The Vollrath Optio 8” Natural Finish Fry Pan is a great quality Fry Pan. It is well made and durable. It doesn’t warp, rust or bend easily. It is easy to clean and the price is great.
