Vollrath 78184 Stainless Steel 7.25 Qt. Vegetable Inset

These are great and fit the insert holes in the food warmer. We use them for soup and sauces. They can be refrigerated or used as a double boiler. No regrets!!

We got some extra ones of these so we could store more product in them in the fridge. Great quality product!

Great stainless steel inset , we use for almost everything in our pizzeria , easy clean and high quality metal and the price is really good .

These inserts are rock solid. We have 4 in our restaurant and some of them have been used daily for decades with minimal signs of wear. I’ve even seen them heated over a high gas burner( not recommended) but the pot didn’t warp or show any signs of damage.

This pot is great, its made of heavy gauge steel unlike the cheaper brands. I just got it they other day, but I'm hoping the steel doesn't start to pit like my previous pot

This stainless steel insert fit perfectly into our soup warmer! It states that it's a vegetable insert, but really you can put anything you want inside. We use it for tapioca and it works with the warmer by allowing the tapioca to stay warm.

We use these for our drop ins on our food line and they are extremely durable and damage resistant. At first we had some struggles with regulating internal temperature but these are a mainstay as we continue to grow
