This saute pan features tall sides to minimize spattering and contain food while exposing all sides to heat. The wide bottom area enables maximum heat conduction to aid in faster cooking times. It also features a triple ply construction that eliminates hot spots for incredibly even heating!

"This pan is no joke! The tribute line from Vollrath is one of the best quality of pot/pans you can get. This saute pan is heavy duty and evenly cooks whatever i put in it. I love using this pan to cook onions and peppers. Also works great or sauces and meats. Love it!"

3-Ply Construction

Its 3004 series aluminum core eliminates hot spots and provides even heating on both the bottom and sides of the pan. A non-reactive 18-8 stainless steel interior surrounds the core and is topped with a strong 18-0 stainless steel exterior to stand up to punishing commercial kitchen conditions.

EverTite Riveting System

Its EverTite riveting system ensures a rigid connection between the handle and vessel to guarantee longevity in any commercial venue.

Helper Handle

The helper handle, located opposite the TriVent handle, comes in very handy when pouring out the contents of the pan or simply transporting it.

TriVent Handle

The silicone-coated TriVent handle can withstand temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit even during continuous use, providing added comfort and safety thanks to its silicone grip and ergonomic design. There's also a separation between the rivet and the start of the handle, which significantly reduces the heat transfer from the pan.

How can I properly care for this aluminum item?

What's the difference between a riveted and a welded handle?

A riveted handle is connected by small metal pieces (called rivets) that are crushed between the handle and the pan body to attach them together. This type of handle is more common on copper and aluminum cookware.

For a handle to be welded, the metal must first be melted and then adhered to the pan body. This creates a strong bond that leaves little to no space in between, so bacteria and other food crumbs can’t collect and cause sanitation issues. Both are long lasting solutions for fry and sauce pan handles because they are durable and can withstand heat.
