We have been full size, brick lined "Deck Heads" for over 40 years. While working with a culinary development firm across the country (I am in Atlanta and the firm is in Denver) the need arose for a pizza oven. Rather than shipping a full size deck oven all that way I took a chance by ordering a 40848 and has it shipped direct to the developer. When I arrived 2 weeks later, I was very surprised at the speed and quality of product it produced. With minimal temperature tweaks, we were producing beautiful golden brown pies faster than ever before. I was so impressed with the 40848 performance and economical price, I just ordered another one for my next project.
