The first one broke within 10 months. It didn't fully stop working, but it seemed to choose when it wanted to work. The second one didn't even make it 2 months. It still works, the problem is it continues running when the door is open, and 2 ppl working for me have subsequently started having heart palpitations... funny when you try and buy what you think is a quality brand "commercial" piece of equipment, which really is proving to be only an excuse to charge 4x the price because it's actually a low grade piece of you know what.... I'm truly sad I didn't keep the fully functioning old school unit that worked flawlessly for 8 years... shame on all these big corporations for making absolute garbage in their manufacturing lines... this is getting ridiculous
